Description
As previously announced the ticket price for the event is not 189 Euro’s for three days, We need to pay rent for the room, this was not included. The payment includes:
- Access to the event
- Lunch
- Coffee, tea, water, Fruit, cakes and pie.
Note the Sunday is cheaper as one time coffee and tea is not in given.
When you have booked at paid your access to the event you will receive instructions how to book your hotel room via email/phone in Hotel Luecke. The discounted prices are:
- One person room comfort 114 Euro per night.
- Two person room classic 139 Euro per night.
- One person room classic 104 Euro per night.
Breakfast is included.
Please take into account the following:
- Note these tickets are none refundable after Friday the 24th of May. We need to inform the hotel in advanced how many people are coming to the event.
- You cannot pay for Warpstock access at the event itself.
- Speakers are also required to pay for access to the event.
- Currently you can pay via our webshop either with Paypal or with a bank payment (wire transfer). We kindly request that people who live inside of the European Union only use bank payments (wire transfers). If you live outside the EU please use Paypal. (Note might not work on Firefox on ArcaOS). If you select a bank payment you will receive a separate email with payment instructions.
